摘要
光电验瓶机,是根据啤酒厂在大产量高速作业下,人工己无法对洗瓶后的空瓶进行判别,而专门设计开发研制的新产品。它运用了机、光、电、气、计算机五大学科中的先进技术,通过计算机集中控制,各执行机构有机配合,巧妙完成对瓶口残缺,瓶底部有洗不净的异物的空瓶进行检测、剔除。适用于蓝色、棕色、白色等各种色泽的空瓶进行检测。具有分辨率高,检测精度高等特点。通过对现有每小时40000瓶光电验瓶机的工作原理和结构设计方面的认识,我设计了每小时检验18000瓶的验瓶机,主要对执行机构工作转盘的设计,该设计的主要难点在于真空气体及压缩气体的分配盘,保证配气盘之间既保持有良好的密封性能,最大可能的保证工作气体无漏损,保证配气盘之间有良好的转动关系以保证大转盘的平衡旋转 。

The light electricity checks a bottle of machine, according to the beer factory under the high-speed homework of big yield, artificial already can't to bottle-washer after of empty bottle carry on the discretion, but new product that specialized design develops to research to manufacture.It made use of five advanced technique within the university sectionses of machine, light, electricity, spirit, calculator, passing the calculator concentration control, each performance organization is organic to match with, the handiness complete is incomplete to the a, a bottom contain empty bottle of wash the not clean foreign body carry on the examination and pick and get rid of.The empty bottle that is applicable to various color and lusters, such as blue, brown and white...etc. carries on the examination.Have the resolution high, examine the accuracy high etc. characteristics.Pass the understanding to existing 40000 bottles light electricities of per hour check a bottle of machine work principle and structure to design the aspect, I designed the per hour to examine 18000 bottles check a bottle of machine, mainly should design a little bit main and difficult to lie in the vacuum air and compress the allotment dish of the air towards carrying out the design that the organization work turns the dish,, guarantee to go together with the of annoy the dish since keep to seal completely the function goodly, the biggest and possible assurance work air has no leakage, the balance that guarantees to go together with the of annoy the dish to have to turn goodly to move the relation to turn the dish greatly with the assurance revolve.
