摘要
为克服普通压力矫直机效率低,质量差的缺点,适应连续生产的需要,本课题研

制了高速连续工作的7 600辊式型钢矫直机。
此矫直机的用途是矫直20#槽钢。它的辊子上加了与被矫件断面相对应的孔型

。本矫直机为开式矫直机,辊子为悬臂式布置。固此操作时易于观察。且换辊方

便。
矫直工艺采取是上排工作辊单独调整的矫直工艺。第二、三辊按照大变形量

确定其压下量,将轧件剧烈弯曲。第四辊压下量适当控制,使残余曲率值减小,

后面各辊按小变形法调整压下量,使轧件逐渐矫平。轴承选用双列向心滚子轴承

以实现轴的调整来对正孔型。

Abstract
To overcome shortcomings of bittle efficiecy and bad quality during

the ordinary pressure straightening machine works and to adapt needs

of quality of successive production ,7x600 rollmodel shape

straightening machine has developed in this subject.
Use of this machine is to ing 20# channel steel .The passes are

installed on the rolls and contrasted the seetion of straightened

shape.This shape straightening machine is a open style machine and

straightening rolls are arranged by cantilever style.So it is

subjected to observe operating process and changing rolls is very

convenient.As long as chaning passes,shorts of shape are straightened.
Upper,Line work rolls adjusted lonely isadopted in straightening craft

.Reductions capacity of the second roll and third are determined by

big deformation
Capacity .So rolled stell is crooked fiercely .Then reductions of

fourth roll are controlled properly to reduce remains curature value

and reductions of all back rolls are adjusted by small deformation

capacity.Lastly ,the thrust ball bearing is selected to finish axial

adjustment and passes are aimed at.
