摘 要

为了满足加工要求必须采取合理的技术措施,对机床进行改造,这就是巧改技术。本次设计的就是在普通机床上加上的珩磨头,使其变为珩齿机。我的任务就是这个珩磨头。
主要设计的任务有首先进行总体分析和论述,包括对巧改机床的论述,齿轮的加工以及珩磨的原理等做了介绍,确定将车床改装为卧式珩磨床,车床主轴作为间接动力源,带动珩磨头的主轴作主运动,用车床进给机构完成进给运动,实现珩齿加工。其次是对珩齿加工技术进行完整的详细的说明,包括珩齿技术的发展,应用范围,工作原理,操作方法,主要的优缺点等等,以及珩齿误差产生原因和修正的方法。后面的部分为本次设计重点,因为它的设计质量直接关系到被加工工件的加工质量,设计包括对珩磨头的一些主要零部件,珩磨轮,摩擦盘,压盘,偏心盘等等;支撑部件,如滑座,底座等等,轴类部件,包括主轴,心轴,对这些零件进行全面的分析和强度的计算以及校核,还包括部分夹具,弹簧,箱体的设计如胎盖,窥视盖等。

Abstract
