内容提要

本课题是针对雅康精密机械公司生产的制片机进行极片放卷装置设计,由于是对雅康公司实际产品设计,具有较强的实践性,需实习调研过程。极片放卷装置是制片机上的关键构件之一。它的好坏直接影响极片卷材的的贴胶质量,其中包括容易造成的卷材边部翘边、塔形、振纹、错层等质量缺陷。该放卷装置核心部件主要由拉杆、胀紧套、空心轴、由胀紧块与锥顶组成的斜楔机构、蜗轮蜗杆组成的减速机构以及气缸组成的驱动机构构成,主要完成胀紧卷管以及通过旋转完成传递线速度的作用。它的工作原理为:拉杆从气缸传动机构中获得轴向推动力,通过与锥顶的螺纹连接把推力传递给胀紧块。此时,胀紧块与锥顶组成的斜楔机构通过倾斜的滑块摩擦斜面将拉杆的轴向推力转变为胀紧块的径向推力推动胀紧块径向胀开,从而达到胀紧卷管的目的。同时,由于制片机是走带进行工作,如此,精确的线速度非常重要。但是在极片厚度放卷减少而电机转速不变的情况下,线速度将会越来越慢,这样将产生张力,将严重影响制片机下个走带的极片贴胶。而且,放卷装置在开机、关机、增速、减速过程中,产生的张力损害非常大,针对这种情况,我专门设计了极片走带线速度的PLC控制,做到线速度的实时动态监控与调整。解决了由于产生张力导致极片放卷制片不高的问题。

Pole piece rolling device is one of the key components production machine. It is good or bad directly affect the quality of pole piece rolling material of stick glue, including easy to cause the coil side become warped edge, tower, vibration grain defects, wrong layer, etc.
Rolling device which core part is mainly composed of bar, bulging tight cover, hollow shaft, consisting of the swelling and cone roof wedge mechanism, worm gear and worm drive mechanism of retarding mechanism and cylinder, mainly done the swelling volume tube, and passed through the rotating linear velocity. Its working principle is: the pull rod from cylinder actuator axial thrust, thrust through with threaded connection on the top of the cone to the swelling. At this point, the swelling and cone top of inclined wedge institutions through the inclined sliding block friction slope will pull rod axial thrust into assortments of tight piece of radial thrust push tight piece of radial bulge, so as to achieve the aim of the swelling volume tube. At the same time, due to the production machine is go to work, so, the accurate linear velocity is very important. But in plate thickness to reduce the motor speed is constant, linear speed will be slower and slower, this will create tension, will seriously affect the production machine next pole piece stick adhesive tape. Rolling device and, in the process of start-up, shutdown, growth, slow down, the tension damage is very big, in this case, the special design of the linear velocity of the PLC control, linear velocity of the real-time dynamic monitoring and adjustment.
