摘 要
市场经济与科学技术的发展,极大地加速了产品结构的更新换代,传统的手工绘图以及单独的CAD产品开发模式,已远不能适应市场瞬息万变的需要。如今CAD/CAM技术已发展相对比较成熟,3D参数化设计在工业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。在本次毕业设计中,通过运用三维实体造型高端软件Unigraphics(简称UG)对“变量壳体”进行3D造型,根据变量壳体的零件图在UG的建模环境下构造零件的三维模型。然后进行加工工艺分析和规划,编制加工该零件的工艺,同时设计制造该零件的一道工序所需的夹具,并且最终都生成了直观的结构设计图。通过UG建模,可以提高设计的准确性和保证零件良好的工艺性,还可以有效地缩短研制周期,提高设计、制造的成功率。 从而降低成本,提高生产效率和市场竞争力。

ABSTRACT
The market economy and the science and technology development, enormously has accelerated the product structure renewal, the traditional manual cartography as well as the independent CAD product development pattern, has been far cannot meet the market fast changing need. Now CAD/ CAM technology has developed relatively quite is mature, the 3D parametrization design is playing the more and more vital role in the industry. In this graduation project, through utilization three dimensional entity modelling high end software Unigraphics (for short UG) to carry on the 3D modelling to "the variable shell", according to variable shell detail drawing under UG modelling environment structure components three-dimensional model. Then carries on the processing craft analysis and the plan, the establishment processes this components the craft, at the same time designs makes the jig which this components a working procedure needs, and finally all has produced the direct-viewing structure design drawing. Through the UG modelling, may enhance the design the accuracy and the guarantee components good technology capability, but also may effectively reduce the development cycle, enhances the design, the manufacture success ratio. Thus reduces the cost, enhances the production efficiency and the market competitive power。
