摘 要
我本次毕业设计的题目是垫圈的落料冲孔复合模具设计。设计之前到机械制造现场进行了实地调研,认真完成了相关资料的收集工作。冲压工艺在现代机械、汽车、电子信息产品等制造业中有着广泛的应用,冲压模具是进行冲压工艺生产的重要工艺装备。本文在分析制件的工艺性基础之上,综合考虑模具生产的可行性和经济性,完成了模具结构形式的选择、压力机的选用、凸凹模间隙及刃口尺寸计算、模具零部件结构设计和总装零件图的绘制。
通过这次设计,我巩固了机械基础知识,将大学四年所学融会贯通。同时学会了手册、工具书的使用,拓宽了知识面。对冲压工艺与模具设计有了整体的认识,具有能正确编制冲压件工艺规程和设计中等复杂程度模具的能力。
由于本人知识面窄、水平有限、经验不足等诸多原因,在论文的设计和编写中可能存在许多的问题,希望老师能提出宝贵意见和建议,以利于我在以后不断改进,谢谢!

ABSTRAC
I am the subject of this graduation project is a washer composite blanking punching mold design. Prior to the machine design was carried out field research, carefully complete the collection of relevant information. Stamping technology in the modern machinery, automobiles, electronic information products manufacturing industry has a wide range of applications, stamping dies for stamping process is an important production process equipment. Based on the analysis of workpiece based on the process, considering the feasibility of mold and economy to complete the mold structure of choice, the choice of press, punch and die clearance and the cutting edge dimension calculation, structural design of mold parts mapping and assembly parts. With this design, I consolidate the basic knowledge of mechanical, digest what they have learned the university for four years. Also learned manual, the use of books, expanded the scope of knowledge. Of the stamping process and die design with the overall understanding of the preparation has to correct stamping process planning and design of moderate complexity molds. As the knowledge I have narrow, limited, lack of experience and many other reasons, the paper design and preparation of many of the problems that may exist in the hope that the teacher can provide valuable advice and suggestions in order to facilitate continuous improvement in the future I am, thank you!
