摘 要
绞车滚筒是用来缠绕钢丝绳,并且承受钢丝绳的拉力所造成的各种载荷的主要部件和传递动力的元件,是绞车的重要组成部分。滚筒一般由三部分组成,即筒壳、法兰盘(支轮)和支环。筒壳是滚筒最基本和最薄弱的元件,是滚筒的主要承载部分。支环的作用是增加滚筒的稳定性。筒壳和支轮的材料为 钢板。矿井提升机的运转实践证明,木衬对筒壳能起到一定的保护作用,故设计时在筒壳外装有木衬。但木衬对筒壳的保护只有在筒壳的形状比较规则,没有发生较大的变形,并且用合适的木材制作木衬(现常用柞木、水曲柳或榆木等制作),使木衬与筒壳能各处均匀严密接触的情况下才是有效的,故在安装提升机时,要求筒壳的外形是比较规则的圆柱体,木衬用上述木材制作,并按规定车制绳沟。装设木衬时,应使木衬衬条在长度方向上与筒壳均匀严密的接触,木衬衬条之间的缝隙应尽量予以消除。在使用过程中当木衬已经磨损时,应及时予以更换。
该课题从实际出发,首先对绞车滚筒的用途、工作原理进行概述,进而对绞车滚筒的总体设计方案进行分析,然后进行具体零部件的分析设计;主要包括了电动机的选型,钢丝绳的选择,滚筒筒壳、支轮、主轴等部件的设计计算和校核以及制动系统的选择等若干环节。在结构设计完成后,利用CAD进行装配分析和设计,最后完成绞车滚筒的整体设计。

Abstract
Winch wire rope winding drum is used, and to bear the tension of wire rope caused by the load of the main components and power transmission components, is an important component of the winch.
