摘 要
本文以手机外壳为例,介绍产品从调研,市场分析到最后设计模具的整个注塑模具设计的流程;首先,从试产调研和市场分析入手,通过对比,设计好自己的具有可行性的新产品方案;再用Pro/Engineer对产品建模;然后对产品进行MSC有限元分析,确定产品满足受力要求后,再设计模具,并通过Pro/Engineer外挂的塑料顾问模块来分析,确定最佳浇注口,分析模流情况,以达到最佳的充模效果。通过Pro/Engineer外带的EMX模块,进行模具的模架设计。最后把关键零部件的二维图还有模具的装配图以图纸的形式展现出来。根据企业调研,在企业的产品设计过程中,传统的图板绘图设计和传统的人工设计已被淘汰。取代而之的是使用 Pro/E或UGS 进行产品的全过程的设计。,选用Pro/E 这个软件进行本课题的全过程设计,其中包括三维建模、模具芯腔设计、EMX模具模架设计,以及Pro/E 的工程图功能。

Abstract
This massage Based on the mobile phone housing, for example, from research, introduce products to the market analysis and design of the mould injection mold design process, First, from the pilot research and market analysis, through comparing, design with good feasibility of new products plan, Reoccupy Pro/e to product modeling, Then to MSC finite element analysis, determine product to meet requirements, design force, and through the mold Pro/e plugin plastic consultant to determine the optimal analysis module, casting mold flow analysis, in order to achieve the best effect of stamping. Through the Pro/e EMX module, the periphery of the formwork design moulds. The key parts of the last of the two-dimensional chart and mould assembly drawings with the form. According to the investigation in the enterprise, the enterprise product design process, the traditional drawing graphics design and traditional artificial design has been eliminated. Replace the use and Pro/E or UGS are products of the whole design. Pro/E, choose the software process design of this project, including the 3d modeling, mold cavity design and EMX core mold design and formwork Pro/E of engineering drawing function
