我毕业设计的课题是基于CAD/CAE技术的PP-R三通接头注塑模具设计及主要零件
加工工艺。从塑件的外形看,塑件有一个相对比较大且深的侧孔,塑件的外形决
定它需要通过侧向抽芯实现脱模,分析选择使用点浇口,在确定方案后使用了
CAE软件Moldflow对浇口位置及注塑过程进行分析、模拟,使注塑结果满足要求
,采用一模两腔,选择组合式凸凹模,外部用斜导柱-滑块侧向抽芯,推管顶出
机构。在设计中,用Pro/E进行三维造型,接着根据三维造型生成二维图,最后
对个别零件进行加工工艺分析。

Title The Design and Analysis of Injection Mold of Three Links
Connector and Processing of Its Major Parts
Abstract
My subject of graduation design is the design and analysis of
injection molding of three links connector and processing of its major
parts with CAD/CAE. Look from the outline of produce, there is a
relatively large and deep hole at the side of the molded product. The
shape of the molded product decided it need Lateral core pulling
achieve demoulding. After analysis, choose hidden-gate. After
determining program, Moldflow of CAE software is used to snalysis gate
location and simulation injection process. Choose the best location of
the gate, make optimal injection results using a two-cavity. Choice
combined of punch and die, With external oblique derivative--lateral
extracting core slider, derivative--lateral is used to pull out
thecore on sides, striped off the inside by big core. In design,
Engineer 3D modeling module with PRO/E. Then, Generation two-
dimensional map from 3D Modeling. Finally, analysis processing of
fixed template.
