摘要:本文针对模压成型实验中对温度和压力的检测要求,设计了一种简单实用的温度信号和压力信号的计算机检测系统。该系统采用以单片机为核心构成的数据采集系统进行数据采集,并以普通PC作为上位机共同组成检测系统,实现了温度信号、压力信号的实时显示,并且自动将所采集的数据进行记录,生成EXCEL文件,便于利用其提供的数学工具或其它的数学工具对数据进行分析研究。
根据实验室现有的条件选择检测系统所需芯片和组成方案;在单片机与PC机的通讯方面,采用了当前使用最广泛的RS-232串行通讯协议,简化了硬件结构,降低了成本。传感器产生的电信号由应变仪进行滤波、放大和I/V转换。经实验证明本系统的稳定性良好,测量误差在允许的范围之内,能够满足实验对数据采集和记录的要求和相应的精度要求。

ABSTRACT:In order to measure the signal of temperature and pressure in experiment of press moulding of ecotypic reproducible materials. A simple applied measuring system aided by computer was designed. The system includes a data collecting system centered by monolithic processor and a Personal Computer with a software compiled by Visual Basic. The fuction of real time display of the temperature and pressure signals was realized, and the data collected was recorded to a Excel file automatically. Thus enables us to analyse and study the data using the mathematical tools provided by Excel or other softwares. At the same time, the aim to demarcate the sensor at PC was carried out.
The chip needed by the system and the composing scheme was selected in accordance to the conditions that provided by the laboratory. In aspect to the communication of single chip and PC, RS-232 was selected. It is used most widely today and the structure of hardware was predigested. Thus the cost was reduced. The telesignal produced by sensor was sieved, magnified and transformed by strain gauge. It is proved by experiment that the stability of the system is fine and the fallibility is in range of allowable. The system can fulfil the data collecting and recording request and also the relevant precision request.
