摘要： 随着我国市场经济的发展，工业化和城镇化进程的加快，导致大量农民进城务工经商，并已形成一定的规模，据不完全统计，我国农民工已达1亿多人，而且这一势头呈逐年增长的趋势，他们流离于城乡之间，在为我国经济建设和社会发展做出巨大贡献的同时，却没有得到城市社会的认同，改革开发20多年来，农民工享受养老保险的却是极少数。农民工的权益得不到保障。因此必须尽快解决农民工社会养老保险问题。

Abstract: Along with the development of the market economy in china, the industrialize and the progress with the town turn quickly, which cause large quantity of the farmer enter the city to look for work or enter business. It have become the certain scale. According to statistics incompletely, our worker in farmer is already more than 100,000,000 persons, and this is a trend with year by year increasing. They live between the city and country. They did bigness contribution for economic development and society development, but did not get the social approbation in city. In the 20 years of reformation and development, the worker in farmer who enjoys the endowment insurance is much less. The profile of the worker in farmer can not be protected. So that we must resolve the social endowment insurance in peasant-transformed workers problem as soon as possible.
