摘要:本文从竞争上岗在某些企业的实践情况出发,介绍竞争上岗的具体运作方法,分析它在企业管理中发挥哪些重要作用。指出为使竞争上岗机制更好地发挥减少冗员、提高效率,激励员工主动性、积极性,更好地实现人-岗匹配必须解决竞争上岗实践中常遇到的问题。并提出了以下对竞争上岗的改进对策:在企业内部建立劳动市场以缓解减员带来的压力,做好岗位分析工作和完善对竞争上岗人员的测评系统使得竞争上岗科学有据,建立健全绩效管理系统促进良性竞争。

Abstract: This text sets out from the practice the circumstance of going on duty on a competitive basis in some business enterprises. Introduce the concrete operation in competition post method, Analyze the function that going on duty on a competitive basis develop in Business enterprise management.
