社区智能化车位管理系统分析、设计与实现

摘  要
     随着我国经济与社会的不断发展，我国私人汽车的拥有量正在高速的增长， 随之而来的汽车的停车管理问题越来越突出，传统的车位管理模式、收费方式已 经不能满足人们对于方便、快捷、安全的停车存车要求。  
　　解决停车难的问题，不仅仅要加大基础设施建设，而且必须对现有的停车场 （位）进行合理分配调度、管理。实现以社区为主的智能化汽车车位管理系统， 就是从根本上解决停车难，停车管理无序的局面。
　　社区智能化车位管理系统，对合理、科学使用停车位管理十分必要。目前， 无论在生活小区还是写字楼的建设规划中，均已对停车位的规划进行了充分考 虑，但应用车库智能管理系统的还是属于少数。
　　本课题在最大化节省社区管理成本的基础上，利用计算机技术、通信技术、 网络技术、数据库技术开发这套社区车库智能管理系统，功能完善，结果准确， 方便快捷。从而使系统更加符合用户及社区管理的需求。

Abstract
　　　Along with our country economy and the continuous development of society, China's private car ownership is the high growth, and with the car parking management problem is becoming more and more serious, the traditional management mode of payment, parking cannot have satisfied people for convenient, quick, safe parking saved a car requirements.
　　　To solve the problem of parking, not only to increase the infrastructure construction, and must be for existing parking lot (a) made a reasonable distribution scheduling, management. To realize the intelligence community as car parking management system, is fundamentally solve parking, parking management situation of the disorder. 
　　　Community intelligent parking management system, the reasonable and scientific use parking space management is necessary. Current, no matter in the living community or office building of construction planning, are already on the planning of the parking space on the full consideration, but application garage intelligent management system or minority. 
　　　This topic in community management cost saving maximization, on the basis of using the computer technology, communication technology, network technology, database technology development this community garage intelligent management system, the function is perfect, the results are accurate, convenient and quick. So that the system is more in line with the user and community management needs.
