摘要：中小工业企业是国民经济的一个重要组成部分，是我国经济未来新的增长点。本文在分析寿光市的中小工业企业发展现状基础上，得出了融资渠道狭窄、外部环境不够优化、经营者目光短浅、管理方法落后等影响寿光市中小工业企业发展的制约因素。针对如何解决这些制约中小工业企业发展的问题，提出了拓宽融资渠道、优化中小工业企业的外部环境等促进寿光市中小工业企业发展的对策。

Abstract: Middle-and-small industrial enterprise is an important component of national economy. By learning about present condition of development of the middle-and-small industrial enterprises of Shouguang, this thesis gets the reasons that make roughly development of the middle-and-small industrial enterprises of Shouguang. The exterior environment is not good enough; the executives’ vision is short and shallow. Above aspects influence the speed of development to some extent. Taking in account how to resolve these problems restricting middle-and-small industrial enterprise’s development in industry , the thesis put forward widening ways of drawing capitals and improving the exterior environment etc. And these improvements would promote development middle-and-small industrial enterprise of Shouguang.

摘要：中小工业企业是国民经济的一个重要组成部分，是我国经济未来新的增长点。本文在分析寿光市的中小工业企业发展现状基础上，得出了融资渠道狭窄、外部环境不够优化、经营者目光短浅、管理方法落后等影响寿光市中小工业企业发展的制约因素。针对如何解决这些制约中小工业企业发展的问题，提出了拓宽融资渠道、优化中小工业企业的外部环境等促进寿光市中小工业企业发展的对策。

Abstract: Middle-and-small industrial enterprise is an important component of national economy. By learning about present condition of development of the middle-and-small industrial enterprises of Shouguang, this thesis gets the reasons that make roughly development of the middle-and-small industrial enterprises of Shouguang. The exterior environment is not good enough; the executives’ vision is short and shallow. Above aspects influence the speed of development to some extent.
