摘 要
“默默餐馆”管理信息系统物料管理子系统的建设采用生命周期法，经历了系统调查、系统分析、系统设计、系统实施四个过程。通过对公司现状和经营管理的了解明确了公司需求；通过对相关软件的了解丰富了建设该系统的思路。在系统建设的各个阶段都采用管理信息系统建设的多种原则保证系统准确、按时完成，并与客户不断交流，简化经营管理流程、健全系统功能。通过较严密的系统测试，在“默默餐馆”公司近半个月的使用过程中对控制企业库存，降低企业成本起到了显著效果。

ABSTRACT
The " right bank coffee " management information system supplies construction to manage subsystem adopt the cycle law of the life, have gone through the systematic investigation, work analysis , design systematically , implementing four pieces of course systematically. Pass the company's demand of the knowledge of company's current situation and management and administration ; Have enriched the train of thought of building this system through the knowledge of relevant software. The many kinds of principles security system of adopting the management information system construction at each stages of system construction is accurate, finish on time, and is exchanging with the customer constantly, simplify the management and administration procedure , perfect the systematic function. Pass system test, close two weeks such as Company use to controlling enterprise's stock of the the course in " right bank coffee ", reduce the enterprise cost and get up to the remarkable result.
