摘  要
近郊旅游是我国休闲经济娱乐的一个重要组成部分，也是推动成绩郊区和新农村建设的有效途径。国内的近郊旅游开始于旅游基础较好的一些发达城市周边，如上海、深圳、北京和成都等，另外还有一些有特色地区城市的周边。
旅游地在其发展过程中，受到诸多因素的影响，这些影响因素或者推动或者阻碍着旅游地的长远发展。本文在借鉴国内外学者关于旅游地发展影响因素研究成果的基础上，基于成都市近郊旅游自身的特征，从近郊旅游地长远发展的角度出发，将近郊旅游地的影响因素划分为区位因素、资源因素、管理因素、经营环境、旅游大环境，以及关于旅游者相关情况的需求因素六大类。以旅游地生命周期理论为依据，吸取成都市成功的近郊旅游地发展的经验，结合旅游吸引力模型和旅游地竞争力和可持续模型，构建了城郊乡村旅游地发展影响因素的概念模型，并据此进行了问卷设计、问卷调研和样本数据收集。运用统计软件SPSS16，通过描述性统计分析和因子分析等方法，对调研数据进行了处理和分析，最终确定出影响城市近郊旅游地发展的重点因子，并据此提出相应的对策建议，以期为城市近郊旅游地的长远发展提供参考依据。

Abstract
Suburban tourism is our country the leisure economy entertainment is a very important part of is to promote result suburbs and new rural construction in an effective way. Domestic suburb tour began in tourism foundation is good some developed surrounding the cities, such as Shanghai, shenzhen, Beijing, chengdu and so on, there is also some characteristics of the city around the region.
Tourist destination in their development process is affected by many factors, these factors or push back the or the long-term development of tourism. In this paper from the domestic and foreign scholars about tourism research to the influential factors on the basis of results, based on the characteristics of ChengDu suburb tour itself, from the long-term development of suburban tourism Angle, the influence factors of suburban tourism will be divided into location factor, resources factor, management factors, operating environment, tourism environment, and the related information about tourists demand factors, six big kinds. To lifecycle theory as the basis, learn from the success of ChengDu suburban tourism experience, combining tourism attraction model and tourist competitiveness and sustainable model, analyses suburban countryside tourism effect factors of the conceptual model, and based on this, the design, the questionnaire survey questionnaire and sample data collection. Using statistical software SPSS16, through the descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis methods for the research of data processing and analysis, and finally determined that the effect of the development of the suburban tourism key factors, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to the long-term development of suburban tourism to provide the reference.
