本次设计是以泵体为题进行的,从泵体的工艺分析、工艺装备的设计到机床、夹具等的选择。这次的目的和任务是使我们有关制造技术方面的基本理论、基本知识和基本功技能,为以后的学习和工作打下必要的基础。获得这些理论、知识和技能,培养我们的分析能力、运算能力和创新能力。根据各自的能力,通过劳动和探索,让我们在实践中找到解决问题的方法,获得克服困难的喜悦,在学习过程中“发现问题,提出解决问题的思路,阐述解决问题的方案,写出解决问题的方案,按照方案解决问题”以后,提高我们分析问题、解决问题的能力以及口头表达能力和自学能力,并且各方面的素质都得到了提高,如观察能力、表达能力、创造能力、协调能力、决策能力、分析能力等。我们也要理论联系实际,自身能力在实战中才能得到提高。而正是这种知识和技术的进步,推动了经济的发展,提高了综合国力的竞争力。
