The design of the special drill machine, fixture and industrial craft of the right cover

Abstract: Machine design is a required subject to mechanical major and the main transmission system design is the soul of the machine tool, besides, it differs with pattern, capacity and the specification of the machine tool, in this thesis, the special drill machine design, different from others, is composed of several vertical-spindle, it means that it can drill some holes at the same time .so, to some extent, it is a creativity. And as the general call of Manufacturing process and method. Industrial craft plays an important role in our production process, such as the production efficiency, cost and quality control. Meanwhile, as an accessory appliance, fixture also occupies an important position in the improvement of production efficiency, working conditions and reduction of the production cost.
This paper gives a detail analyses on how to manufacture the right cover of machine, how to design the special drill machine, how to control the size and shape of the hole and the design of the industrial craft.
