普通水杯注塑模设计
摘 要:为了完成普通水杯注塑模设计,本文分析了普通水杯的工艺特点和工艺要求,并说明了模具工作原理。
本设计为塑料水杯模具制作设计,主要采用CAD/CAM技术以及PRO/E技术对产品进行设计。使用游标卡尺对零件的外形进行了测绘,并根据测绘结果使用PRO/E软件对零件进行产品的三维造型,然后确定了分型面、浇注系统等。
此设计采用了直流道侧浇口,一次推杆推出机构。它系统的介绍了塑料水杯模具中的各个零部件的加工工艺过程及整套模具的装配和使用。其中,选用XS-Z-60型热塑性塑料注射机,采用的是中小型模架标准(GB/T.12556.1—90)中派生组合类型的模架标准。注射模的结构及相关的计算问题以及特种加工工艺都进行详细阐述。在该模具设计中,利用计算机绘图软件绘制了零件图和装配图,以及制定了机械加工工艺过程卡。
本设计在考虑到零件的尺寸及精度要求,从选取模具材料出发,合理安排每个零件加工的先后顺序,保证能生产出合格的零件。尽量做到在提高生产率的同时把生产成本降到最低。

Ordinary water injection mold design
Abstract: In order to complete the ordinary pick: water injection mold design, this paper analyses the characteristics of ordinary glass craft and technology requirements, and illustrates the mold working principle.
This design for plastic mould design, the main water using CAD/CAM technology and PRO - E technology for product design. First use of parts of vernier caliper, and the appearance of surveying and mapping results using PROE software according to the mapping of product of 3d modeling parts, and then determine the parting surface, gating system, etc.
This design uses a dc way side gate, launched a putter. It introduces the plastic cup mold machining process of the various parts of the assembly and mould and use. Among them, choose XS - Z - 60 thermoplastic plastic injection machine, use is small and medium-sized formwork standard (GB/T. 12556.1-90) derived from the combination of formwork standard type. Injection mould structure and the related problems of the calculation and special processing technology are expounded in detail. In the mould design, using computer graphics software rendering the assembly parts and machining, and make the process card.
This design in considering the size of the parts and precision mould material selection, from the start, reasonable arrangement of each parts processing, ensure the sequence can produce qualified parts. Try to raise productivity at the lowest cost of production.
