摘 要
随着我国模具行业的高速发展,加之各种性能优越的工程塑料的不断开发,塑料成型工艺越来越多地用于成形各种性能要求的产品。
本论文属于注射成型模具设计,分析了数码相机电池充电器外壳的工艺特点,介绍数码相机电池充电器外壳注射模具的结构。重点介绍了其设计方法和过程,分析和阐述了数码相机电池充电器外壳的材料,结构要素,塑件的尺寸公差和精度的选择,塑件的成型工艺性主要包括塑件的壁厚,斜度和圆角以及是否有抽芯机构。通过以上的分析来确定模具分型面、型腔数目、浇口形式、位置大小;其中最重要的是确定型芯和型腔的结构,例如是采用整体式还是镶拼式,以及它们的定位和固紧方式。此外还分析了模具受力,脱模机构的设计,合模导向机构的设计,冷却系统的设计等。注射机的选择和校核,成型零件的工作尺寸的计算, 斜顶杆的设计,浇注系统的设计,以及冷却系统的设计, 脱模推出机构的设计,模架及标准件的选择。 根据计算和查阅得来的资料,借助大型三维设计软件Pro/e实现了产品造型、模具分型、模具结构设计,得到了直观的数码相机电池充电器注射模的设计模型,然后,转换成CAD格式。
通过对塑件的分析决定采用潜伏式浇口,利用推杆顶料及内抽芯方式并对模具的材料进行了选择。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠。最后对模具结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核。并用autoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。

Abstract
Along with our country mold profession's high speed development, in addition each high performance engineering plastics’ unceasing development, the plastic formation craft more and more uses in forming each performance requirement the product.
The present paper belongs to the injection molding mold design, has analyzed digital camera shout the on board cap plate's craft characteristic, introduced digital camera shout the on board cap plate injects mold's structure. Introduced with emphasis its design method and the process, analyzed and elaborated top plate's material, the member, modeled the size common difference and the precision choice, The piece the wall for of type craft primarily including the piece is thick, slope and circle angle and whether to have core-pulling or not mechanism. Pass the above analysis to come the certain molding tool cent the type the surface, type the number, gate the form, place the size; The among them and most important is a certain type core and the construction of the type , for example adopt the whole the type of type still , and their fixed position and tight way of .In addition and still analyzed the molding tool to suffer force, mold that design that the design of the pattern draw mechanism, match the design etc. to lead to the mechanism, cooling system. the injection machine choice and the examination, the formation components work size computation, slanting roof bar's design, gating system's design, as well as cooling system's design, drawing of patterns ejecting mechanism design, pound frame and standard letter choice. According to available computing and obtained information , through large three-dimensional Pro/E design software to achieve a product modeling, mold type, mold design, the five shout the on board cap of injection mold intuitive design model, after converted to CAD format.
Through the analysis of part the decision that using the submarine gate and use of materials and putting in top form and die out of the core material of choice. So the structure can be designed to ensure that the use of reliable mold work. Finally, the structure and mold injection machine to match the check. AutoCAD and drawing with a mold assembly and parts plans.
