摘 要


摇臂轴是柴油机支撑气门摇臂,内有油道的输送润滑油。摇臂轴支座是用于将摇臂轴固定在柴油机上,为了加强摇臂轴支座的定位,在其底部螺栓孔处有定位凸台,使其定位在缸盖螺栓孔内。
零件的材料为HT200,应采用铸件,由于零件为中批生产,其轮廓尺寸也不大。故可采用铸造成型。这对提高生产率,保证加工质量也是有利的。
为了提高劳动生产率,保证加工质量,降低劳动强度,需设计专用夹具。由于本零件在组合机床上经过多数工序操作,为其设计专用夹具可大大缩短加工各工序间的时间间隔,提高劳动生产率。

ABSTRACT


The valve refers to entering the valve and exhaust valve of the cylinder. Enter valve connect inlet manifold whether engine used for , suck , mix angry entry of (or fresh air ) directly; The exhaust valve is connecting the exhaust manifold, it is the engine that discharges the export which burns the waste gas .
Engine each valve that cylinder have count, have two valve, 3 valves, several kinds of four valves and five valves .
It is a important factor to determine performance quality of the engine to enter the efficiency of exhausting, the pace of reciprocating motion of the piston is very fast when the engine runs well, transfer to in 3000 / rotational speed for minute lay engine finish every one enter angry or exhaust the time of the journey is 0.04 seconds, if you want to suck into or discharge the valid area that more gas will increase into , exhaust within such short time. Then some engines adopt many valve technology.
The rocker shaft is that the diesel engine supports the valve rocker, there is transport lubricating oil of the oil passageway inside. Rocker shaft prop up flat used for , fix rocker shaft on diesel engine , for strengthen rocker shaft localization to prop up flat, orient the protruding platform in its bottom of bolt hole places , make it make a reservation in the jar cover the bolt hole.
