The transmission housing of the General and Jig of the modular machine-tool for drilling the JM304B crude oil engine
Abstract£ºTopics from actual production. The transmission housing of the JM304B is made for large quantities of mass production. In order to prone the production efficiency, and meet the precision request of the components processed and the precision stability, it designs a combined machine-tool to be used in the three-cylinder diesel engine with both sides drilling holes.
The first part is general design. First, it carries out the argumentation of the overall plan, adopts the combined machine-tool with single location three faces drilling, selects the high-speed steel twist drill. According to the cutting parameters, it calculates the cutting force, the cutting torque and the cutting power, determines spindle diameter, the extend size and the link-pole model, choose sliding table, the power box and so on, then determines the operating cycle and the stroke of the power part, formulates the relation size of the machine-tool. Finally, it draws three figures and one card.
The second part is the jig design. Having analyze the work piece, the guiding equipment use the fixed drill plate with replaceable drill bush; the clamp uses the machinery device, it directly presses on the work piece, which responds quickly, fixes steadily and reliably; the jig-body utilizes the frame structure, possess fine rigidity, causes the jig to maintain good long-term precision.
This combined machine-tool not only guarantees the drill hole precision, but also enhances the processing efficiency, reduced workers' labor intensity. The jig orients reliably, clamps stably, operates easily, then meet the design request well.
