TY495柴油机机体工艺及工装设计
摘要: TY495柴油机以其设计紧凑,启动轻便,维修简便,技术经济指标先进,能为手扶拖拉机、水泵、电站、运输及多种农副业加工机械和设备作配套动力,在工农业生产中得到广泛的应用。 本设计要求“以质量求发展,以效益求生存”在保证零件加工质量的前提下,提高了生产率,降低了生产成本,是国内外现代机械加工工艺的主要发展方面之一。通过对TY495柴油机机体零件图的分析及结构形式的了解从而对柴油机机体进行工艺分析、工艺说明和加工过程的技术要求以及精度分析。柴油机机体体在加工时要经过粗铣、錾、精铣、去毛、粗镗、錾、半精镗、精镗、钻、铰、割、攻丝等工,最后检验入库。然后再对机体的底孔、轴承孔的加工进行夹具设计及误差分析,该工艺与夹具设计结果能应用于生产要求。

Abstract: TY495 diesel engine for its compact design, start light, easy maintenance, technical and economic indicators advanced for walking tractors, water pumps, power plants, transportation and a variety of agricultural and sideline processing machinery and equipment for motive power, industrial and agricultural production in the widely application. The design requirements of "quality development to benefit survival" in ensuring the quality of parts processed under the premise of improved productivity, lower production costs, is home to modern machining process one of the major development. By TY495 engine block parts diagram analysis and understanding of structure and thus on the engine block for process analysis, process descriptions and process and accuracy of the technical requirements. Engine block when the body in the process to go through a rough milling, engraving, milling, to the hair, coarse boring, chisel, semi-fine boring, precision boring, drilling, hinge, cutting, tapping and other workers, the final test storage. And then the bottom of the body, bearing holes for fixture design and machining error analysis, the results of the process and fixture design can be applied to production requirements.
