[内容提要] 本文首先通过中美日三国经济的近来发展趋势的比较,引出中国多数企业的管理模式“情感管理”,并暗示其优势。阐述“情感管理”定义。接着通过先前美国几位教授对领导理论研究的发现,说明中国企业“情感管理”的正确性。由此开始进入正文。首先,通过举例具体阐述中国以“情”为理念的管理哲学的具体涵义,具体剖析“情感管理”的优势:1、由于“家本位”思想影响,中国“情感管理”中所体现的真情可以给员工家一样的氛围,从而增强企业的凝聚力,吸引人才,使员工对企业产生像对家一样的责任感。作者认为这也是中国“情感管理”的最大优势;2、促进健康的企业文化的形成和发展;3、促进领导层和员工层的沟通和了解,产生信任,有利于大家同心同德地为实现企业的战略目标而奋斗;4、激励机制可调动员工工作的积极性,使他们以持久的士气和最大的努力,自觉的做出自己的贡献。最后,作者说明现在在中国这种“情感管理”并不是在所有的企业都实行,但从总体上看都贯穿着这种理念。举例说明中国的“情感管理”存在着大量优势的同时也又 一定的缺陷,中国的“情感管理”要与美日的“理”和“法”相结合才会产生它的最大效应。

[Summary] Firstly,the writer puts forward the pattern of enterprise administration in China ——Relationship Oriented Leadership ,through the comparison of the recent economic trends of China,America and Japan,and suggests its general advantage;Secondly,set forth the definition of “Relationship Oriented Leadership”;Next, writer gives two examples of American scholars investigations’ results of the administration theory to testify the accuracy of this pattern. And then we come to the main body, the advantages of the Relationship Oriented Leadership: 1, Because of the influence of “family center” idea the true feeling in “Relationship Oriented Leadership” could make all members feel the ambience of family, and have the responsibilities for the family. So the business cohesion will enhance, and it will attract more talents; 2,Accelerate a healthy enterprise culture’s form; 3, Promote the communication and understanding between administrators and employees, and produce the trust between them. It is beneficial to get leader and employees making concerted efforts to achieve the enterprise’ strategy goal. 4, Motivation system could motivate the initiative of the staff , and make them finished their work by constant morale and most effort. Finally, the writer says it is not all the enterprise that adopt this pattern, but it is a concept through all the enterprise generally. Then illustrate that there are also many disadvantage belonged to “Relationship Oriented Leadership” as the same time. To improve our administration “Relationship Oriented Leadership” should combine with the “reason” in America and “law” in Japan efficiently.
