在酒店业竞争越来越激烈的今天，酒店如何提高服务质量，其管理能力显得越来越重要。尤其是对于星级酒店，酒店内部服务项目众多，既需要完成前台的一些服务工作，还需要完成后台的管理工作，并且还有餐饮管理，长话管理等众多内容。如果没有一套可靠的酒店管理系统，单凭手工操作，不仅效率低下，而且会极大地影响到酒店的服务质量。酒店管理系统的主要目标是实现对酒店内部各种管理的电子化、自动化，提高各个模块之间的办公效率，为高质量酒店服务提供保证。本文阐述了酒店业管理系统的要求、总体结构、基本功能和数据库结构。其中包括数据的录入功能、添加功能、编辑、修改、删除。
Abstract :
In the wine shop industry the competition is more and more vigorous today, wine shop how to increase the service quantity and the ability of its management seem to be more and more important.Particularly is for the internal service item of wine shop, wine shop of star class numerous, since the demand complete the stage's work of some services, and return the demand to complete the backstage's management work, and still have the meal to drink the management, long words management etc. numerous contents.If have no a system of a dependable wine shop management, single rely on the handicraft operation, and not only the efficiency is lowly, but also would biggest affect the wine shop's service quantity.The main target that wine shop manage the system realizes
