摘要
随着企业的规模不断扩大,员工数量急剧增加,有关财务的各种信息量也成倍增长。企业在一般日常工作中需要对企业人员档案，工资总结和工资信息进行管理。财务管理系统（简易版）就是为此设计出的一套应用软件，重点突出了工资和人事两部分内容。其设计语言为Visual Foxpro 6.0，数据库采用VF内嵌的“可视化数据管理器”和强大的数据库管理功能，这是一个能提供所有数据创建和维护等基本功能的工具。操作起来与WINDOWS风格类似，直观方便，即使不熟悉VF的用户也很容易掌握。
系统开发的总体任务是实现企业人事和工资信息关系的系统化，规范化和自动化。根据数据管理的不同主题的需要，分成了个6模块，分别是员工工资管理，员工信息，员工考勤信息，员工工作评价信息系统管理，工资和人事输出。还包括软件使用指导和常用工具。整个系统完成的功能为：员工信息的添加，查询，修改，删除，打印；员工工资信息的查询，修改，删除，计算及员工考勤和工作评价的操作；系统管理包括密码管理，更改用户和用户添加。
本系统除了对财务管理系统（简易版）的各个功能模块作了详细的介绍，还附有各功能模块的主界面图。在功能叙述过程中配有插图，帮助更好的理解和使用该系统的功能。

Abstract
As the scale of the enterprise expands constantly, staff's quantity increase sharply, double and redouble too about various kinds of amount of information of the financial affairs . The enterprise needs enterprise files of personnel correctly in the general routine, the salary is summarized and managed with the salary information. Financial administratives system( simple and easy ones) design one a suit of application softwares that publish for this, Have stressed two parts of content of the salary and personnel especially. It design at Visual 6.0 Foxpro, data base adopt" visual to take the data management machine" and strong data base functions of management who VF inlay language, It is each that offer datum establish and the tools of basic function of maintaining etcs these. Operate and similar to WINDOWS style, it is convenient to directly perceived through the senses, even the user that is not familiar with VF is very easy to grasp.
It was systematized that the overall task of what the system is developed realized the enterprise personnel and relation of the salary information, The standardization and automizing. According to the needs of the different themes of data management one, having divided into 6 module, it is staff's salary that is managed respectively, Staff's information, the system management, the software is used and daily tool. The function that the whole system finishes is: The adding of staff's information, inquire about, revise , Delete, type; The inquiry of staff's salary information, revise , delete, Calculate and staff's attendance and operation on performance appraisal; The system management includes the management of secret code, alter the user and user to add .
This system is besides doing detailed introduction to each function module of the financial administrative system( simple and easy edition), Still enclose the main interface picture of every function module . Being furnished with the illustration while the function is narrated , help the function content of better this system of understanding and use.
