摘要
企业生存、发展、创新离不开资金，资金是企业发展的源动力。但企业自身拥有的资金毕竟有限，因而如何筹集到所需的资金成为每一个企业的共同课题。本文引用LTV公司的案例开始了对融资问题的探讨。从基础问题谈起，对企业长、短期融资的特点及策略、融资的目标、意义、原则等问题阐述了个人的观点。针对我国企业融资现状，文章论述了其产生的负面影响，对其成因加以具体的分析，并结合入世后的新的经济形势，对完善企业融资提出了相关对策。

Abstract
The company can’t survive and develop and innovate without enough capital. Capital is the energy of company. But no company could have their own capital to operate, so finance becomes their same problem. The paper cite the example of LTV to begin the discuss. From the basic concept, the writer express his opinions about the character of long and short term finance, the measures, the aim and meaning and rule of finance. As to the situation of our comedic companies finance, the paper records its positive effect and analyzes its cause. At last according to the new economic condition, it suggest some advice.
