摘要：管理信息系统是有效管理、正确决策和实现管理现代化的重要手段，作为一门新兴学科，它综合了管理科学与工程、计算机科学、经济理论、统计学和运筹学等许多学科的概念和方法，形成了独特的体系和领域。采用计算机网络和数据库技术来处理一些日常业务，对于推进人事制度改革，提高工作效率等方面都将产生重大的影响。
本文系统的介绍了一个管理信息系统的开发过程，包括MBA教学管理信息系统的分析、设计和实施的全过程，并给出了系统开发中的主要文档。

Abstract：Management Information System (MIS) is an important way to manage effectively, make policy rightly and accomplish the modernization of management. MIS as a new subject, synthesize many intensions and way of lots of subjects such as management science and enginring, computer science, economic theory, statisties and operational research, and evolve specific system and scope. It will brings great effect for promoting personnel matters innovation, improving work efficiency to use computer net and database to handle some businesses.
This paper systemly presents the design proess of MIS, concluding the whole process of analysis, design, completion of MBA Teacher MIS, also brings out the main text for system design.
