电网公司作为国有独资企业，应该以国有资产的保值增值为准绳。为此，为此本设计探讨了电网公司的经营战略，国有资产保值增值率和年销售额增长两项指标。并从资本经营、扩大电力销售、集约经营、人才战略以及其他各方面来论证。最后指出了电网公司所面临的风险，提醒电力企业树立风险意识，励精图治取得经济效益和社会效益的双丰收。
【Summary】
