摘要
　　　随着摩托车的普及，发动机的制造已经显得尤为重要，发动机流水线装配的工艺过程需借助装配线进行，由于装配工艺的好坏直接影响产品质量和发动机的生产速度，因此，发动机装配线在整个生产过程中占有重要地位。发动机装配线是否合理，直接影响了摩托车质量和产量。随着摩托车行业的发展，本课题就是以摩托车发动机为研究对象，根据毕业设计任务书上的设计要求及通过对本课题的研究，以本校的现有资源为依托对发动机装配线进行设计，针对实验室教学的场地限制，在查看已有文献的基础上，设计整套摩托车发动机的装配线。使之既符合本校实际教学需要。首先完成装配线线体的设计。在线体的选择上充分考虑了本校的实际情况。在此基础上，设计了与装配线线体相匹配的随行夹具。本课题题的研究，最终要设计一项可以用于本校实验室教学同时又适用于实际生产的摩托车发动机装配线。因此，本课题具有很大的现实意义。

Title  The Assembly line Design of 150FM Motocycle Engine

Abstract
