物资配送中转站的建立与应用研究


摘  要
物流是企业的“第三利润源”，而仓储库存则是企业物流中最关键的环节。对于绝大多数企业来说，仓库的设计、规划、建立和应用对于企业的生产运营起着举足轻重的作用。
本文以沈阳第一机床厂物资配送中转站的建立与应用为例，深入分析了企业内部物流的形成、发展及变化，详细阐述了物资配送中转站的建立与应用原理，从需求分析、选址、平面规划、功能设计、施工项目管理、相关设备采购、办公环境搭建，以及物流路径设计、物资区域划分、规章制度建立、业务流程设计、条码技术应用、数字化业务管理、员工培训等诸多方面进行了详细的描述和分析，并针对中转站投入使用后的应用情况和使用效果进行分析、提出改进完善措施，最后对中转站的未来发展方向进行了探讨。

of The Materials Transference Station
Abstract
Logistics is “the third profit resource” of an enterprise. And storage is the most key step of an enterprise’s logistics. To most enterprises, the design, planning, establishment and application of storage is crucial for an enterprise’s running of production.
This thesis take the establishment and application of Materials Transference Station of Shenyang No.1 Machine Tool Works for instance, analyzes the forming, development, changing of logistics in enterprise, explain the principle of establishment and application of the Materials Transference Station. The whole process described in this thesis includes analyzing of demands, choosing address, planning of drawing, designing of function, management of constriction, purchasing of equipments, establishment of office, designing of route of logistics, area assignment, founding of regulations, planning of steps of business, using of bar code technology, administration of digital business, training of staff, etc. This thesis also proposes steps on how to perfect the Materials Transference Station according to the current using and effect, and also discuss the future development direction.
