ZH1105柴油机气缸体工艺及工装设计
摘 要:本课题来自江动集团,柴油机气缸体是需要大量生产的零件。为了提高加工精度和生产效率,需要设计夹具改善它的加工情况。本课题是这ZH1105柴油机气缸体工艺及工装的设计,主要完成机械加工工艺过程卡片和机械加工工序卡片,以及镗夹具的设计。
根据柴油机气缸体的结构特点、加工部位、尺寸精度、表面粗糙度及生产率等要求,确定柴油机的工艺设计,镗夹具的设计方案;根据零件的结构特点,确定毛坯的制造形式;根据零件的主要技术要求和加工表面及其要求,制定工艺路线;通过查表计算得出机械加工余量、工序尺寸及毛坯尺寸;为确保加工精度,采用“三面”的定位方案;为实现无级调速,操作可靠,选择液压滑台;根据零件的大小及被加工孔的位置确定镗模的轮廓尺寸。
本工艺过程加工效率高,成本低,加工精度高,操作使用方便,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。

Design of ZH1105 Engine Cylinder Block and the Tooling Design Process
Abstract: This topil comes from JIANGDONG group,diesel engine gear box is a product which needs mass production. In order to improve the disposition and the production efficiency, designing a fixture is needed to improve the production of the diesel cylinder body. This topic is the design of ZH1105 engine cylinder block and the tooling design process. The main course of the machining process to complete the card and the card processing machine, as well as the design of boring fixture.
Basiced on the request of construction features, processing spot, size precision, surface roughness and productivity of the diesel cylinder body, sets the diesel technology design, fixture boring design. On the basis of the structural characteristics of parts ,sets the manufacture of blank forms. According to the main technical requirements of parts and processing of the surface and its requirements, the development of the formulation process line. The allowances, the process size and the rough size was calculated through the table. In order to guarantee the processing precision, the localization plan use "three surfaces". In order to implement the unlimited speed regulation, safe and reliable, therefore choose hydraulic pressure sliding table. According the size of components and the position of the hole that is processed to set the overall size of the boring mode.
This technology process has such as advantages: high efficiency, the cost low, the processing precision high, it is easy to operate and it reduces the worker’s labor intensity, and it enhances the productivity.
