摘 要
当今世界是一个充满竞争的世界,要想处于领先的国际地位,就要提高核心竞争能力,就是发展国民经济基础的制造业,制造业是一个国家的经济发展的重要支柱,其发展水平标志着该国的经济实力、科技水平、生活水平和国防实力。我国的机床制作模式基本上还属于国外50年“传统产业”的范畴。发达国家早在50-60面代用高新技术对传统产业进行了改造,改造后的机械制造业普遍具有“柔性化”、“自动化”和“精密化”的特点,具有更强的竞争力。在这样的情况下必须提升我国制造业的整体经济能力。组合机床的设计,制造和应用水平是一个国家科学技术水平的重大体现。进年来组合机床的设计和制造水平在我国得到了飞速的发展,组合机床的应用也在我国得到了广泛的推广。
我的毕业论文是多工位孔加工组合机床的设计。毕业设计既是对大学四年来我们所学的理论知识的应用和深化,也是对我所学的知识的检验。这次毕业设计可以为我毕业参加工作提供丰富的经验。
我们设计题目是:多工位孔加工组合机床。我们知道,组合机床是用按系列化标准化设计的通用部件和按被加工零件的形状及加工工艺要求设计的专用部件组成的专用机床。它专门用于加工一种工件或一种工件的一定工序,机床的辅助部件部分的实现自动化,大大的提高了生产率。
在本次毕业设计中我们组有三个成员。我负责机床整体部分的设计,主要是三图一卡(被加工零件的工序图,加工示意图,机床联系尺寸图,机床生产率计算卡)编制。

The world is a world that is filled with a competition nowadays, want to be placed in to lead of international position, will improve the core competition ability, will develop the manufacturing industry of the national economy foundation, manufacturing industry is the important that an economy of nation develop pillar, its development level symbolizes the economic power, science and technology level, the life level and national defense real strength of that country. The tool machine manufacturing mode of the our country belongs to outside the country still for 50years the category of ”traditional industry”. basically. The flourishing nation was as early as to use a high new technique to carry on a reformation to the traditional industry in 50-60’s, the machine manufacturing industry of the empress of the reformation was widespread to have the characteristics of ”gentleturn”, ”automation” and “the nicety turn”, having a stronger competition ability. Have to promote the whole competition ability of the our country industry under this circumstance. Combine the design, manufacturing and the application level of the tool machine is a national science techniques levels of the important body is now. Combined the design and the manufacturing level of the tool machine to get to fly to develop soon in the our country in recent years, combination tool machine of the application also got extensive expansion at the our country.
My graduation design thesis is a multi-hole processing machine combination of design. Graduate the design is to university four in the last years we talk about knowledge the academic theories of application with turn deeply, also is to the knowledge that we learn of examination. This graduation design can graduate to attend a work to prove for us abundant of fulfillment operation experience.
Our design topic BE: multi-hole processing machine combination of design. We know that the combination tool machine is use to press series to turn an in general use parts of standardize the design with press is process spare parts of shape and process the craft request to design of the appropriation parts constitute of appropriation tool machine. It used for the certain work preface that processes a kind of work piece or a kind of work piece exclusively, the assistance parts partly of the tool machine carried out automation, raising rate of production consumedly.
In this graduation design, our set contain three members. I responsible for whole part of tool machine of design, There one card (was process the spare parts work. preface diagram ,process the sketch map, thetool machine contact size diagram ,the tool machine rate of production calculation card)
