摘要
随着中国加入 WTO 和经济全球化的不断深入，我国企业将会面临着更大的竞争压力。在激烈竞争的市场经济中，正确运用赊销，加强应收帐款的管理显得非常重要。首先，本文简单介绍企业应收帐款的定义；其次，简要分析当前国内外研究现状，说明研究企业应收帐款问题的必要性；再次，分析我国企业应收帐款形成及恶化的原因和对企业的影响；第四，结合公司应收帐款管理的案例，提出一些尽可能更好管理企业应收帐款的对策和建议；最后，文章对解决企业应收帐款领域还应该注意到应收帐款的管理主体、规模等几个重要问题进行了分析，对全文内容做一个必要的补充。

Abstract
While China joins in WTO and economic globalization unceasingly,correctly using selling on credit,and strengthening the management of the account receivable appears very important.First, this article starts from the enterprise account receivable's definition；Second ,introduce the research present situation, explain the necessity of researching enterprise account receivable question; Third,analyzing the reasons of forming enterprise account receivables and the fluence to enterprise; Fourth, take A company as a study case, proposes some countermeasures and the suggestions for managing enterprise account receivable better as far as possible; Finally,this article will simply analyze two important problems in enterprise account receivable: account receivable management main body and scale, make an essential supplement to the full text.

摘要
随着中国加入 WTO 和经济全球化的不断深入，我国企业将会面临着更大的竞争压力。在激烈竞争的市场经济中，正确运用赊销，加强应收帐款的管理显得非常重要。首先，本文简单介绍企业应收帐款的定义；其次，简要分析当前国内外研究现状，说明研究企业应收帐款问题的必要性；再次，分析我国企业应收帐款形成及恶化的原因和对企业的影响；第四，结合公司应收帐款管理的案例，提出一些尽可能更好管理企业应收帐款的对策和建议；最后，文章对解决企业应收帐款领域还应该注意到应收帐款的管理主体、规模等几个重要问题进行了分析，对全文内容做一个必要的补充。

Abstract
