摘要:在现代大型程控系统中,运输小车要完成皮带运输部分和指定地点的对接。因此,要求其定位控制系统既具备精确性和高可靠性,又具有良好的动态性,能满足实际操作所要求的灵敏性。在本系统中利用 PLC 的编程简单、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强及环境适应性好的特点,实现了对有轨小车定位控制系统的开闭环相结合的控制策略。

ABSTRACT : The position control system of transportation in the modern thermal-electric plant, which controls the pulley to fulfill the connection strap transportation to the appointed silo, needs not only the system’s accuracy and high reliability, but also the system’ s dynamic-performance and the sensitivity that betimes responds to the operation. In the paper, we use PLC to fulfill the pulley’s open-circuit and close-circuit control tactic, because its programming simply, high dependability 、 high ability of anti-disturbing and good environment adaptability.
