摘 要:钢板校平剪板机是钢板厂和钢材库房的重要设备。针对传统裁剪机系统存在的控制精度低等问题,研制了一种基于台达工控产品的460mm幅宽成卷钢板校平剪板机自动控制系统。文中主要讨论了系统设计及研制过程中的某些关键技术细节。经生产实践应用说明该系统的设计是成功的,控制精度高,运行稳定可靠,对于类似的间歇式裁剪系统经适当修改也可适用,有推广应用意义。 关键词:定长剪切 快速定位算法 剪切控制系统
Abstract: It is an important equipment to cutting machine of armor plate smoothing for armor plate factory and rolled steel depot. Aimed at the existent problems, such as lower in control precision etc for traditional control system of cutting machine, the author researched and made a sort of automatic control system of cutting machine with plain adjustment function for 460mm wide armor plate based on industrial control product solution of Delta company. It is mainly discussed to system design as well as some key technical detail in the process of research and manufacture. By way of
production practice and application, the result shows that it is successful in design, higher in control precision, stationary and reliable in running, and practicable for similar intermission cutting system through suitable modification. The system has engineering meaning of generalization and application.
