轮式工程机械动力换档变速箱的离合器,是工程机械具有代表性的离合器。本文着重论进了该变速箱离合器的结构设计特点,各离合器几种典型工配的扭矩容量和热容量分别进行了计算,并对该离合器进行了分析和评估。

一、前言
现代离合器发展集中其注意力关于简化整个组装和/或制造方法。例如开车带现在经常用来传输扭矩以及提升压力板在脱离汽车驾驶。至于制造隔膜弹簧、热处理是至关重要的。激光焊接越来越普遍作为方法添加驱动板阀瓣环与激光通常被2-3KW之间,一个提要率1米/分钟。

Abatract
The power -shift —rasmissioa in the wheeled engineering mackinery family have the typical clutches for the engiaee—ing machinery. This paper discusses mainly the structural design featurea of these transmission clut—.ches,the calculation of the torqu ecapacity of each of the clutchgs in several typical working condition as well as the ana~ysis eva luation of the ciutchgs itre csrrivd out.

1.Introduction
Modern clutch development focuses its attention on the simplification of the overall assembly and/or manufacturing method. For example drive straps are now commonly employed to transfer torque as well as lift the pressure plate upon disengagement of vehicle drive. With regards to the manufacture of diaphragm springs, heat treatment is crucial. Laser welding is becoming more common as a method of attaching the drive plate to the disc ring with the laser typically being between 2-3KW and a feed rate 1m/minute.
