Abstract
With the continuous development of mold, mold on the requirements of increasingly high, at the same time the on die design technology is increasingly mature. The appearance of CAE makes mold design tend to be perfect. CAE is mainly used in the injection mold design of mold analysis, including the mold, pouring system, the best gate, the surface of the mold and the mold temperature, mold internal stress, plastic shrinkage, plastic parts of the residual stress, plastic deformation, plastic parts of the weld line and some other defects; through the mold design to mold the comprehensive analysis, largely improving the design of mould, high material utilization rate, improve the life of the mold, the mold design to reduce time, reduce the mold design appeared in the process of the unnecessary trouble. The development of CAE is also constantly mature and update, I believe that in the near future, the CAE will be more extent for die design and other industries, and will become an indispensable part of the design process

摘 要
随着模具的不断发展,对模具的要求也越来越高了,同时各项对模具设计的技术要求也日益成熟了。CAE的出现更是使得模具的设计趋向于完美。CAE主要是应用于注塑模具设计前对模具的分析,其中包括对模具的,浇注系统、最佳浇口、模具表面和模具内部的温度、模具受力情况、塑件的收缩率、塑件的残余应力、塑件的翘曲变形、塑件的熔接痕以及其他的一些缺陷等;通过对模具设计前对模具的综合分析,很大程度的提高了模具的优化设计,调高了材料的利用率,提高了模具的寿命,减少了模具的设计时间,减少了在模具设计过程中出现的不必要的麻烦。CAE的发展也正在不断的成熟和更新,相信在不久的将来,CAE将会更加程度上利用于模具设计和其他行业中,并且将会成为人们设计过程中不可缺少的一部分。
