摘 要
本系统是利用高度自动化的机电设备对停车场进行管理的,主要由计算机系统,车位管理系统,放行机构,车辆检测装置以及报警系统五大部分组成。计算机系统利用DCS模式进行控制,它经常用与工业上,即一台上位机,连接两台下位机,他们之间进行通讯,达到协调控制的目的,其中涉及到串行通讯接口的连接与程序的编制。车位引导系统利用的是数字电路在单片机上进行接口扩展,通过单片机内部对这些接口进行扫描,可以达到查看空位的目的。放行机构利用继电器控制电机的正反转,可靠性高。另外车辆检测装置是由一个电容传感电路组成,通过改变介电常数使电桥输出电压来确定车辆的位置。提高车辆的进出口的安全性,可以看出,一个完善的停车场自动化管理系统的硬件是集电子、计算机、通讯、机电与一体,高度集成的一个系统,在软件方面,为了便与高效可靠地进行信息的收集与管理,后台利用现代常用手段—数据库进行管理,负责计费、报表等数据的统计。前台则用面向对象Visual Basic开发,界面友好,实现了人机交互。另外在控制方面,则利用的是单片机语言—汇编语言编程。采用模块化的思想进行编程。实现起来比较简单。
开发出来的小型停车场管理系统,可以推广至中国许多小的城镇和社区,这将对中国日益增长车辆的管理提供方便。

ABSTRACT
This system is the use high automation electromechanical device carries on the management , Mainly by computer system, Berth management system, Allows to pass the organization, Vehicles detector set as well as alarm system five major part compositions. The computer system carries on the control using the DCS pattern, it commonly used in the industry, namely a on position machine, connects two lower positions machine, between them carries on the communication, achieved the goal coordination control, in which involves to the serial communication connection and the program establishment. The berth management system uses the digital circuit carries on the connection on the monolithic integrated circuit to expand, through scanning the monolithic integrated circuit interior to these connections, may examination the vacancy. Allows to pass the organization use black-white control electrical machinery the reverse, the reliability is high. Moreover the vehicles detector set is a cap sensor, bridge circuit through the change the cap value to come out the voltage. Enhances the vehicles the import and export security, may see, a perfect parking lot automation management system hardware is refer to the electron, the computer, the communication, mechanical and electrical, integrates highly a system, in software aspect, in order to with highly effective and reliably carries on the information of collection and the management, the backstage carries on the management using the modern commonly database, responsibly costs, data the and so on report form statistics. The onstage use object-oriented Visual Basic development, the interface is friendly, has realized the man-machine interactive. Moreover in control aspect, then uses is the monolithic integrated circuit language assembly language programming. Uses modular to carry on the programming. Realizes is quite simple.
The small park which is development of the method can spread many citys of china,it will provide the convinent of chinese mobiles management.
