摘要：了解某医院癌性疼痛镇痛治疗用药的实际情况，探讨某医院癌性疼痛药物治疗的用药变化趋势，探究癌性疼治疗的规范化用药。由该院病案科提供的病历管理系统和信息科提供的信息汇总系统查询、统计某医院2011年至2012年癌痛镇痛药品使用汇总情况，并随机抽取每年各150份病历进行对比分析其癌痛镇痛药品的用药趋势。2012年某医院癌痛镇痛药品的总使用量比2011年有所增长，其中吗啡制剂居首位。所查病历中其用药结构趋于规范化，但还有个别细节有待提高。某医院癌痛镇痛药品的使用情况总体趋于合理化，但还有不足之处，美沙酮的使用急剧增长，还应该加强监督、管理。
