摘要:目的:建立HPLC法测定结石通片中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相法,色谱柱为 sinochrom ODS-BP(4.6mm ×250mm 5μm),以乙腈:0.5%磷酸溶液(8:92)为流动相,检测波长为326nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:绿原酸在浓度为0.008125~0.13mg/ml呈线性关系r=0.9997(n=6),平均回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.82%。结论:本法简便、准确、快速,适用于结石通片中绿原酸的含量测定。

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Jieshitong pian by HPLC
Abstract:Objective: Establish a High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determining of Chlorogenic acid in Jieshitong pian.Methods: Using high performance liquid chromatography, the determination was performed on sinochrom ODS-BP(4.6mm ×250mm 5μm) column,mobile phase for acetonitril- e-0.5% phosphoric acid solution(8:92), detected wavelength for 326 nm, velocity of 1.0 mL/min.Results: The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 0.4024 -3.2192 u g/ml (r = 0.9997 n = 6),the average recovery is 99.46%, and the RSD (n = 9) is 0.82%. Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple,,reproducible and specific, and it’s propitious to used for determining of Chlorogenic acid in Jieshitong pian.
