摘要：目的：了解xx医院消化内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况，为抗菌药物临床应用整治活动提供依据。方法：收集2012年3月至9月消化内科全部住院患者病例1349份，抄录其中使用抗菌药物患者的基本情况及抗菌药物的使用情况。通过DDDs、DUI值、抗菌药品种、送检率及联用情况等分析抗菌药物的使用合理性。结果: xx医院消化内科住院部抗菌药物的使用率为38.70%（522/1349）,使用抗菌药16类37种。其中使用频度排名前三的依次是β-内酰胺酶抑制复合剂类、喹诺酮类、硝基咪唑类，与使用抗菌药物相关的疾病排名前三的是胃肠道感染、Hp感染及息肉。病原体送检率为66.13%，二联用药联合率为44.06%。结论：xx医院消化内科抗菌药物的使用基本合理，但仍然存在问题。

Abstract:Objective: to study the Putian City the first hospital digests medical inpatients in the usage of antibacterial drugs, to provide basis for clinical application of antibacterial drugs management.Methods: collected in March 2012 to September digestive internal medicine all 1349 cases of hospitalized patients, transcribing the use of antimicrobial drugs in patients with the basic situation and the usage of antibacterial drugs.Through the DDDs, DUI value, antibacterial drug varieties, inspection rate and combination analysis using the rationality of antimicrobial agents.Results: Putian in-patient department of digestive diseases, the first hospital antimicrobial drug use is 38.70%（522/1349）, using 16 class 37 kinds of antimicrobials.The use frequency of the top three in turn is beta lactamase inhibitor, quinolone, nitro imidazoles, with use of antimicrobial agents of disease is the top three gastrointestinal infection, Hp infection and polyp.Pathogens were at a rate of 66.13% ,duplex medicine combined at a rate of 44.06%. Conclusion: Putian City the first hospital digests medical basic reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs , but there is still a problem.
