全肠外营养制剂的稳定性研究及改善措施

摘要:本文主要通过对影响全肠外营养制剂稳定性因素的研究,得到保持TPN稳定应采取的改善措施,从而为临床上全肠外营养制剂合理处方的设计提供依据。研究分析了影响肠外营养液稳定性的因素:脂肪乳、维生素、微量元素的不稳定性;不溶性微粒的变化;三升袋的吸附、菮@鲎饔靡约安辛艨掌挠跋臁7治鲎芙岣纳拼胧┑贸鼋崧郏何3諸PN的稳定,应在配置、储藏以及使用时进行各项检查,注意是否有配伍禁忌的情况出现,控制好各组分的量,并正确选择贮存袋、钙剂和磷剂;在配置过程中,应注意PH值、电解质等的影响,以正确的混合顺序去配置;在配置后,应注意排除三升袋中残留的空气,避免光线对营养液的照射,同时也要注意存放的时间不能太长等等。由于技术的有限性,影响肠外营养液稳定性的其他因素尚未发现,还需进一步完善,来保证TPN的质量及临床使用安全有效。

Abstract: This paper mainly through the research on the influence factors of total parenteral nutrition preparation stability, maintain TPN stability should take measures to improve, so as to provide the basis for the design of total parenteral nutrition preparation reasonable prescription in clinic. Analysis of the factors affecting the stability of parenteral nutrition: unstable fat milk, vitamins, trace elements; insoluble particle adsorption, change; three liters bag stripping functions and effects of residual air. Conclusion: summary and analysis of improvement measures to maintain the stability of the TPN, should carry out the inspection in the configuration, storage and use, pay attention to whether appear incompatible situation, control components, and the correct choice of storage bag, calcium and phosphorus agent; in the configuration process, should pay attention to the impact of pH, electrolyte so, in order to correct the hybrid configuration; configuration, should pay attention to rule out three liter bags in the residual air, avoid exposure to light of the nutrient solution, also want to pay attention to storage time not too long. Because of the limitation of technology, other factors affecting the stability of parenteral nutrition has not been found, still need further perfect, to ensure safe and effective TPN quality and clinical use.
