摘要:目的 调查xx医院肿瘤科2011—2012年度住院患者的针剂抗肿瘤药物的使用情况,对xx医院针剂抗肿瘤药物的使用现状进行分析,为今后该院更合理、有效、经济地使用抗肿瘤药物提供参考依据。方法 对xx医院肿瘤科2011—2012年度住院患者抗肿瘤针剂药物的用药种类、数量及销售金额进行统计,采用销售金额、用药数量排序法,用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)和限定日剂量(DDD)法,回顾性地分析xx医院2011—2012年两年间抗肿瘤针剂药物的临床用药情况。结果 经统计两年间xx医院肿瘤科抗肿瘤针剂药物用药量最大的为氟尿嘧啶,销售金额排名第一的是紫杉醇,用药频度(DDDs)最大的为氟尿嘧啶。无论是用药量还是销售金额2012年较2011年都有很大的增长。结论 肿瘤用药情况呈上升趋势,销售金额增势较猛,提示xx医院在保证治疗效果的情况下,尽可能选择安全、有效、经济的用药方案,以减轻患者的经济负担。

Abstract: Objective investigation of hospitalized patients with 2011-2012 injection antitumor drug use situation, for the ninth hospital injection, analyzing the present situation and problems of the use of drugs to the institute for the future is more reasonable, effective and economical use of antineoplastic drugs provide a reference basis. Method to the ninth hospital oncology 2011-2012 annual inpatients antitumor drug injection drug type and quantity and sales amount of statistics, sales amount, number of sorting method is used, the frequency (DDDs) and average daily costs (DDDc) and limit daily dose (DDD) method, the ninth hospital were retrospectively analyzed in 2011-2012 two years injection drug clinical antitumor drugs. Rsult through two years hospital oncology antitumor largest for fluorouracil injection drug dose, ranked first in sales amount of taxol, drug use frequency to fluorouracil (DDDs) maximum. Both dose and the sales amount in 2012 than in 2011 has great growth. Conclusion tumor drug use situation is on the rise, the sales amount growth rapidly, prompt the ninth hospital in the case of guarantee treatment effect, as far as possible choose safe, effective and economic medication scheme, in order to reduce the economic burden of patients.
