摘 要
P2P是近年来广受IT业界关注的一个概念。由于广大的网络终端节点（普通用户拥有的节点，即通常意义上的终端设备）的计算和存储能力以及连接带宽随着摩尔定理不断地增长，使用P2P技术将大大提高这些节点的利用率，从而进一步提升网络、设备和信息服务的效能。目前P2P在加强网络上人的交流、文件交换、分布式计算、服务共享等方面已经充分显示出了其强大的技术优势。
本课题的实现的聊天软件是一个典型的P2P软件，因为VB.net对网络编程有很好的支持，所以这个软件是用Microsoft Visual Basic.NET开发的。实现了两个用户在知道IP和端口的情况下能相互发送消息。在论文中给出了实现主要功能的代码。

The design and realization of the small scale software with
the technique of P2P

ABSTRACT
The P2P is a concept that IT commerce concern widely in recent years. Because the calculation of the large network terminal node( common node that customer own, usually is the terminal on the meaning equipments) takes the breadth with saving ability and conjunctions to increase constantly along with the axioms of mole, using the technique of P2P will increases consumedly the utilization of these nodeses, from but further promote the network, equipments with the effect that information serve.The current P2P displayed its mighty technique advantage already and well in the aspects of network that enhance the exchanges, document commutation, distribute type calculation on the person, serving to share to wait.
This chat software realizing in the lesson is a typical software of P2P, Because VB.net is a good langue for programme in network. so this software is developed with the Microsoft Visual Basic.NET. Realizes two customers can send out the message mutually under the situation of knowing the IP and the port.The code of realization was given.
