目前，随着科技的不断进步，人力资源分配也越来越精细。职员的信息管理作为信息管理系统(MIS)的一种，是人力资源管理有效实现的一个重要环节，它不仅可以供管理者查询并给予决定，还可以直接将其传至公司的财务系统，作为薪金发放的重要参考。所以说为企业而专门设计的职员信息管理系统软件，充分使用能有效地节约人力资源及大幅度地提高工作效率。
此系统是为一个假想的企业而研究开发的，主要实现对房屋销售的自动化管理，具有一定的通用性。此系统采用功能强大的Visual FoxPro 6.0作为开发工具来开发。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成员工的信息管理，包括职员的各种属性记录。论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点的说明了系统设计的重点、设计思想、关键技术和解决方案。

ABSTRACT

With the constant development of science and technique, the domination of Human resource is becoming more and more accurate. As a kind of the MIS, Attendance management is the important part of the effective Human resource management, not only can it support the director inquiry to make a decision, but also it can input the Attendance management to company’s finance system, which can be the important reference of salary. So the software of Attendance management system which is special for enterprise management, conserves Human resource effectively and enhances the efficiency greatly.
The Research and Development of the system with currency which mainly realizes management for automatization work attendance is for a fictitious enterprise. The system uses Visual FoxPro 6.0 From the facility、agility、utility and safety, the whole system achieves the Attendance Management, which contains workers’ in and out, the register for leave、overtime、errand, the attendance stat and the inquiry of all statistics and its mimeograph.
