零售业上市公司融资结构研究.doc

摘    要

　　　随着经济体制和金融改革的深入发展，零售业上市公司的融资体制与融资结构发生了重大的变化。文章对零售业上市公司融资结构行了研究。在对零售业融资结构及融资方式等相关概念的界定的基础上，运用比较分析研究方法，得出零售业上市公司的融资结构存在一些相关的问题。对零售业上市公司融资结构形成的原因也进行了探讨。最后，从外部融资环境的优化和公司层面的改进两个方面提出了零售业上市公司融资结构的优化对策和建议。

Research on the Financing Structure of Listed Retail Companies 

Abstract

　　　With the deepening of reform of the economic and financial development, the volume of financing structure of listed company's financing system and major changes have taken place. Articles about retail research on financing structure of listed companies. Financial structure and financing related to the retail industry on the basis of the definition of the concept, using the research method of comparative analysis, financing structure of listed companies for the month that there were some problems. For retail reasons of financing structure of listed companies will also be explored. Finally, from external financing environment optimization and improvement at the level of both a retail optimization of financing structure of listed companies and advice.
