摘  要

竹纤维是一种新兴的天然、绿色、环保纤维，该纤维白度与普通粘胶纤维接近，强力好，韧性和耐磨性较高，可纺性优良，制成的织物吸湿性和透气性能优良，具有滑爽、丝绒、抗菌防臭等特殊功能。鉴于竹纤维的这些特性，可以开发高附加值的产品。：竹纤维是新型的再生纤维素纤维，具有优良的吸湿、透气和抗菌等性能。根据竹纤维湿强力差，结晶区紧密等特点，在大量的生产试验基础上，确定了竹纤维针织面料的前处理、染色及后整理工艺，以确保其产品保持竹纤维的天然特性，提高产品的档次和附加值。

本文主要介绍了竹纤维的分类及性能特点，分析了竹纤维织物的染整加工流程, 系统介绍了竹纤维织物的前处理, 染色机理及其后整理工艺, 并指出了今后竹纤维织物的染整加工的发展方向。
