本设计是实验楼进行改扩建的设计。根据设计任务书和综述报告的要求,我的设计方案为一座品字形状的建筑。占地面积为2152.62㎡,总高为15.6m,属多层建筑。根据设计要求,设防烈度为8度,抗震等级为二级,设计中要考虑抗震设计。本方案采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。主体结构为双向承重框架,横向框架不等跨。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后,选取一榀框架进行计算,用力矩迭代法算出内力,并对最不利活荷载和最不利内力进行分析,通过底部剪力法求出地震荷载。本方案基础形式采用柱下独立基础,楼梯为钢筋混凝土现浇板式楼梯。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的创造性和合理性。

English abstract
This design is tests the building to carry on changes the extension the design. According to the design project description and the summary report request, my design proposal is a character shape construction. The area for 2152.62㎡, the overall height is 15.6m, is the multi-layered construction. According to the design request, the defended intensity is 8 degrees, the earthquake resistance rank is two levels, in the design needs to consider the earthquake resistance design. This plan uses the reinforced concrete cast-in-place portal frame construction. The main body structure for the bidirectional load-bearing frame, the crosswise frame does not wait to step. After carries on the load computation and the component section estimate, selects a pin frame to carry on the computation, figures out the endogenic force with the moment of force repetitive process, and the most disadvantageous endogenic force carries on the analysis to the most disadvantageous live load, extracts the earthquake load through the base shearing force law. This plan foundation form uses under the column the independent foundation, the staircase for the reinforced concrete cast-in-place beat staircase. The entire project design conforms to the design and the structure request basically, has certain creativity and the rationality.
