摘要:
针对东汽生产的超超临界N660-25/600/600汽轮机在启动或停机过程中,汽轮机#1、#2轴瓦出现低速碾瓦事故,对汽轮机顶轴系统和润滑油系统、汽轮机启动运行方式、可倾瓦轴承结构进行研究,对可能导致轴瓦低速碾瓦的原因进行分析,采取了相应的技术措施,重新增加了#1、#2轴承顶轴油系统;加大了#1、#2轴瓦进油节流孔直径;增大了该轴瓦的曲率半径;更改了机组运行方式等。通过以上的技术改造,取得了非常明显效果。通过长时间的运行,彻底解决了东汽相同机组低速碾瓦的事故。
